At Hollywood Jacket, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We offer a 14-day return or exchange window starting from the day your order is delivered, so you can shop with confidence.
Once your return is received and inspected (within 72 hours of arrival), exchanges will be processed and shipped according to our standard delivery timelines.
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 15 business days for the funds to appear. You will also receive an email confirmation once your return is finalized.

All returned items must be:

Unused, unworn, unwrinkled, and undamaged

In original packaging with tags and packing slip

Free from scratches, stains, or any kind of damage
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 2 business days of delivery.
Return Shipping & Alteration Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For custom orders, our team may suggest size adjustments based on your provided measurements. If you choose to proceed with your original measurements and fit issues arise, a minimal alteration fee may apply.
Custom Orders — Returns & Alterations
We take pride in crafting custom jackets to your exact specifications.

Each custom order goes through a quality check before dispatch, and in some cases, we may share product images with you for approval.

If your custom jacket does not fit as expected, we offer one complimentary alteration.

Custom-made jackets are non-refundable, as they are uniquely tailored and cannot be resold.
Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placement.

Once an order has been shipped or entered customs clearance, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may follow the return process upon receipt.

Orders marked as time-sensitive cannot be canceled, as they are prioritized for expedited production.

We reserve the right to correct any errors identified during order processing.
