Return and Exchange

At Hollywood Jacket, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. To give you complete peace of mind, we offer a 14-day return or exchange period from the date your order is delivered.

Once your returned item is received and inspected (typically within 72 hours of arrival), exchanges will be processed and dispatched according to our standard delivery timelines.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 15 business days for the funds to appear in your account. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been finalized.

Return Exclusions & Item Condition Requirements

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Clearance, final-sale, or factory second items

  • Gift cards

All returned products must be:

  • Unused, unworn, unwrinkled, undamaged, and in resellable condition

  • Returned with the original packaging and packing slip

  • Free from scratches, stains, or any form of damage

⚠️ If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you must notify us within 2 business days of delivery.


Return Shipping & Alteration Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For custom orders, our production team may recommend adjustments based on your provided measurements, height, and weight. If you choose to proceed with your original measurements and a fit issue occurs, a minimal alteration fee may apply.


Custom Orders — Returns & Alterations

We strive to ensure your custom jacket is crafted perfectly the first time. If your custom piece does not fit as expected, we offer one complimentary alteration.

Before dispatch, product images may be sent for your approval to confirm design, materials, and stitching.

⚠️ Important: Custom-made orders are non-refundable, as these items are tailored to your exact specifications and cannot be resold.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 2 days of placement.

  • Once an order has been shipped or entered customs clearance, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you must follow the return process upon receipt.

  • Orders confirmed as time-sensitive cannot be canceled after placement, as production is prioritized and expedited.


Order Acceptance & Payments

  • Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to correct any errors identified during order processing.

  • If the price is lower than advertised, we will refund the difference. If the price is higher, we may contact you for approval or cancel the order.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
