Free Worldwide Shipping

We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders (with the exception of Russia and Israel). No minimum purchase or hidden fees apply.

Please note that we are unable to ship to:

  • Countries/regions restricted under OFAC sanctions

  • Prime-Ready Products are stocked items available for immediate dispatch.

  • Custom and bespoke products require additional time to ensure precision and craftsmanship.

Delivery Time After Dispatch: Express shipping typically takes 3–4 business days, depending on your location.


Courier Services

We ship exclusively with trusted international couriers including DHL, UPS, and FedEx, ensuring that your order arrives securely and on time.

Please note: We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses.


Customs Duties & Taxes

All shipments are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering, as these charges vary by country.


Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments

  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, you must notify both our Customer Support and the courier within 5 working days of the delivery date. Claims submitted after this timeframe cannot be processed.

  • Upon courier confirmation, we will issue a replacement or store credit.

Please note: Cash refunds are not available for lost parcels.


Delivery Issues & Rescheduling

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. It is your responsibility to monitor delivery status.

  • Failed Deliveries: If delivery attempts fail and the courier disposes of the parcel, we cannot assume responsibility.

  • Refused Deliveries: Refusing delivery may result in parcel destruction. To return an item, please accept delivery first and follow our return policy.

  • Incorrect Address: Ensure your shipping details are accurate when placing an order. Once dispatched, changes cannot be made. Incorrect addresses may result in undeliverable parcels that cannot be returned or canceled.


Additional Shipping Policies

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. If you don’t receive it, please contact support@hollywoodjacket.com.

  • Combined Shipments: Multiple orders to the same address may be shipped together. This could slightly delay the first shipment.

  • Complimentary Items: Free promotional items are not automatically included in bulk orders of 10+ products unless pre-approved by our support team.
